Sunmeadow Pools provides pool design consultations, pool construction coordination, scheduled maintenance, and seasonal opening and closing services for residential properties, as described on our Services page. Prices shown there are starting-range estimates; final figures follow a written quote after the site assessment.

4. Eligibility and client obligations

You confirm you are authorized to arrange work on the property in question and will provide accurate site access and property information so we can plan the work safely and accurately.

5. Bookings, orders and payments

Deposits and payment schedules for bookings are set out in your written quote. All bookings are subject to the Returns & Refund Policy below; cancellations are subject to the Cancellation Policy below. Further detail on service-specific terms is in our Service & Installation Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Sunmeadow Pools Ltd.. You may not reproduce or republish it without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt its operation or submitting false information through the contact form.

9. Returns & Refund Policy

Scope. This section covers deposits and payments made for services booked through Sunmeadow Pools Ltd..

Eligibility. Deposits for consultations are refundable if cancelled at least two business days before the scheduled visit. Deposits for construction and maintenance bookings follow the schedule set out in your written quote and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

How to request. Send a request to [email protected] or call +1 613-836-2947, including your name and the date of the booking.

Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable cases. Materials already ordered specifically for your project, and work already completed, are not refundable once underway.

10. Cancellation Policy

How to cancel. Contact us by [email protected] or +1 613-836-2947 during Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00.

Cancellation windows. Consultations: free cancellation up to two business days ahead. Construction and maintenance bookings: see the detailed windows in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Rescheduling. We're glad to reschedule instead of cancelling where our calendar allows — ask when you contact us.

Cancellations by us. If we must cancel due to weather, permitting delays or capacity, we offer a full refund of any deposit or a rebooking at the next available date, your choice.
