A first meeting to discuss the backyard layout, budget range and desired pool style, closing with a written summary of the options and an early-stage estimate.
We walk the property with you, take rough measurements, and talk through shell type, decking material and budget range before anything is scheduled. You leave the meeting with a written summary, not a verbal estimate you have to remember.

Standard Build & Maintenance Bundle
A combined package covering pool construction management through to the first season of scheduled maintenance visits, handled by one coordinating team.
Once a design is approved, our crew manages excavation, shell placement, plumbing, decking and equipment install, then hands the finished pool into its first season of scheduled maintenance — visits, water testing and seasonal adjustments included, with one invoice and one contact for the whole arrangement.

Premium Full-Service Annual Package
A full-year arrangement pairing the build with opening, closing and in-season maintenance visits, giving the client one ongoing point of contact for the property.
This package pairs the construction coordination of the standard bundle with a full calendar: spring opening, in-season maintenance visits, and fall closing, so the property owner has one phone number for every pool-related call of the year.

What a build is made of
Shell
Reinforced concrete (gunite) or vinyl-liner, chosen for the site's soil and budget.
Circulation
Variable-speed pump, sand or cartridge filter, sized to pool volume.
Sanitation
Salt-chlorine generator or traditional chlorine feed, your choice.
Decking
Natural stone, stamped concrete or pavers, matched to the home's exterior.
Safety
Code-compliant fencing and self-latching gates where required.
Controls
Optional app-based scheduling for pumps, lighting and heaters.

Not a fit: commercial or public-use pools — we focus on residential properties so each project gets full attention.
What our standard packages don't cover
We'd rather be upfront about scope than surprise you with an invoice. The following sit outside the three packages above and are quoted separately once we understand what's needed:
- Fence, deck or landscaping work beyond the pool decking itself
- Heater installation or upgrades beyond a standard equipment pad
- Equipment repairs on pools we did not originally assess
- Same-day call-outs outside our scheduled visit calendar
If your project needs any of the above, mention it during the first consultation and we'll fold a separate estimate into the same written quote.

The figures above are starting-range estimates. Final pricing depends on the site assessment — soil conditions, access, chosen materials and the scope confirmed in your written quote. Nothing is charged before that quote is agreed.
