About the service
What exactly is included in a pool build?
A standard build covers excavation, shell installation, filtration and sanitation equipment, and decking in your chosen material, finishing with the first season of scheduled maintenance.
What area do you serve?

Do you work on vinyl-liner and concrete pools?
Yes. We build both shell types and maintain existing pools regardless of which type they are.
How long does a typical build take?
Most in-ground builds run six to ten weeks from excavation to first fill, depending on shell type, weather and permit timing.
Do you install spas as well as pools?
Yes, as a standalone project or attached to a new pool build — the plumbing is easiest to combine during the original excavation.
Process & scheduling
How do I start a project?
Send the contact form or call us; we confirm a site-visit window within one business day and follow up with a written design and estimate.
What happens at the first visit?
We review soil, drainage, sun exposure and access, then discuss shell type, decking and your budget range.
How far ahead should I book seasonal visits?
A few weeks' notice helps us fit your property into the right weather window for opening or closing.
Can I change the maintenance schedule mid-season?
Yes — contact us and we'll adjust the visit cadence for the rest of the season where possible.
Pricing & payment
How do your prices work?
The figures on our Services page are starting-range estimates; the final price is confirmed in writing after the site assessment, as described in our Payment & Refund Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept standard payment methods discussed during the quote stage; details are confirmed before any deposit is requested.
Can I cancel a scheduled service?
Yes, subject to the terms in our Cancellation Policy, which sets out notice windows and any applicable fees.
